Lauren Guthrie is the Chief Belonging & Talent Officer at VF Corporation, responsible for overseeing Global Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Executive Development, Executive Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action (IDEA) initiatives since February 2018.
