Fazal Khan is an experienced HR executive with a strong background in leading human resources across major global technology organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Nike since April 2023, Fazal is responsible for the talent agenda within the global technology organization. Prior to this role, Fazal held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Walmart's Global Technology division, overseeing the people strategy for 25,000 employees. Fazal's lengthy tenure at Microsoft spanned over two decades, where multiple roles included leading HR for Commercial Software Engineering and Global Partner Solutions, and implementing people plans for various divisions. Early career experience includes staffing management at Mashreq Bank and HR consulting at Arthur Andersen & Co. Fazal holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta.
