Juan Martinez

Client Services Director at UXUS

Juan Martinez has a diverse work experience in the fields of client services, project management, and design. Juan started their career in 2008 as a Junior Designer at Sighinolfi Group, where they were responsible for conceptualizing and designing stands, showrooms, and retail spaces. Juan also managed direct client relationships with Sony Colombia. In 2010, they co-founded Altamira 360, where they played a key role in business development and strategy generation, specifically focusing on virtual 360° tours through photography and 3D rendering. Juan also developed the company's main product, 360° Gigaphoto. From 2011 to 2015, Juan worked as the Associate Director of Project Management at Vortice Design, where they were responsible for business administration, human resources, and the conceptualization and presentation of retail display designs for various customers. In 2016, they worked at BrandSpots on the MBA Company project, executing the strategy implementation and project management of an open collaboration project with Amsterdam MediaCollege. Juan was responsible for the creation and development of innovation concepts for the retail shopping experience, as well as researching and analyzing the customer journey in retail stores. Since 2016, Juan has been working at UXUS, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to Senior Project Manager, Project Director, and currently, the Client Services Director.
