Laura Marshall is an experienced professional in customer experience management and user experience design. As a self-employed User Experience Designer since January 2018, Laura has consulted for various clients, focusing on usability and aesthetic reviews of web designs, and creating engaging visuals and user flows. With a foundation in hairstyling from Birds Barbershop and Cosmo Bleu Salon, complemented by comprehensive education in User Experience Design, including an Associate's degree from Austin Community College and certification from Sassoon Academy, Laura combines creativity and strategic listening skills to deliver tailored client experiences.
