Marlijn Letema is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager and HR Adviseur at UW Reïntegratie since July 2023, Marlijn previously held various senior roles at ManpowerGroup Nederland from September 2014 to February 2023, including Head of HR Services and Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included the implementation of HR policies and leadership of HR Business Partners. Marlijn's career began with a management traineeship at ManpowerGroup, encompassing roles such as Program Manager RPO and Project Manager HR. Marlijn has also organized significant conferences for NEVI and contributed to academic settings as a Teacher Assistant and First Ambassador at Erasmus University. Marlijn holds a Master’s in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
