Ashi Gupta has work experience in the field of talent acquisition, consultant, and business development executive. Ashi began their career in 2014 as a Business Development Executive at Jaro Education Ltd. Then, in 2015, they worked as a Consultant at NACRE OUTSOURCING PVT LTD, where they were responsible for hiring mid, senior, and top-level candidates for various companies. Ashi also gained experience in various industries, including analytics, finance, sales, HR, marketing, and IT. In 2016, they joined ABC Consultants as a Talent Acquisition professional.

Ashi Gupta received their High School education from Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, Gwalior, from 2002 to 2009, where they studied Commerce. Ashi then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resources Development at Amity University from 2009 to 2012. Later, they completed a Master's degree in Marketing and Human Resource from IILM Lodhi Road, New Delhi, between the years 2012 and 2014.
