Nikki MacKay is the current Chief Executive Officer at Utah Foster Care. Nikki also holds the position of Co-Owner at Cultivate Craft Kitchen and Cliff Dining Pub. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Westminster College and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Phoenix, Nikki has a strong background in both mental health and non-profit management. Previously, Nikki has held roles as the Director of Foster Family Retention and Development Director at Utah Foster Care.
