Scott Moro has extensive experience in the cycling and adaptive sports industry, currently serving as the Mobile Operations & Programs Manager at USO since November 2016, where responsibilities include planning and delivering mobile programs for service members. As the Founding Director of the Adaptive Cycling Foundation, Scott focuses on providing adapted bikes to injured service members and first responders. Previously, Scott held key roles at Ride2Recovery as V/P Equipment and Engineering and Director of Mechanics, designing specialized bicycles and training mechanics. Scott's earlier career includes various positions at BikeSource, Mercury Professional Cycling Team, and DeGrandis Cycle and Sports, showcasing a strong background in mechanical service and management in the cycling sector. Education was completed at Catholic Regional College in Geelong, Australia.
