Yan Kindyushenko has over 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, and digital marketing. In 2015, they began their career at Amazon as an Account Manager, Program Manager at Alexa Devices, and Marketing Manager at Prime Video. In 2012, they joined DeNA as a Digital Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing Manager. In 2021, Yan moved to Meta as a Marketing Manager, driving platform-wide BtoB marketing programs in APAC with a focus on Japan to help advertisers drive performance in a new age of privacy and personalization. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Japan at Speak. Throughout their career, Yan has developed customer acquisition and activation strategies, launched new automated marketing programs, acquired 7000+ product testers, launched Alexa in Japan, implemented user tests, and developed and executed marketing campaigns.
Yan Kindyushenko attended The University of Tokyo from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Law. Prior to that, they attended Tokyo University of Foreign Studies from 2007 to 2008, where they completed a MEXT Pre-Undergrad program.
