Kavindra Fernando is currently employed at DMS Electronics (Pvt) Ltd as a Pre-sales Consultant and L2 Network Security Engineer, focusing on providing level 2 support for Network Security products while collaborating with the sales team. Previous experience includes serving as a Network Security Engineer, delivering technical support and implementation for corporate and SMB customers with a focus on Fortinet products. Additionally, Kavindra holds visiting lecturer positions at ICBT Campus and APIIT Sri Lanka, teaching Information Security Management and Cyber Security concepts. Earlier roles include Network Support Engineer at Exetel and Customer Service Representative at Aegis Global. Kavindra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Network and Cyber Security from the University of Staffordshire and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics at the University of Westminster.
