Loyd Olson's work experience begins in 1984 when they worked as a Manager in Advanced Engineering and Process Design at Rockwell International - Aircraft. Loyd then moved on to General Electric - Medical Systems in 1989, where they worked as a Regional Sales and Service Manager. In 1992, they joined MedVision as the Vice President of Business Development. In 1996, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Fourth Shift, a position they held until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at eShare. In 2001, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Interactive Softworks, which was later acquired by USAN Inc. in 2011. Loyd continued as the Chief Operating Officer at USAN Inc. from 2011.
Loyd Olson pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Loyd furthered their educational journey by attending the University of Iowa in 1985 and 1986, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Marketing.
