Aaron White is currently the EVP, Chief People & Administrative Officer at Brinker International. Prior to this, they held various positions at Chili's, including SVP/COO, VP Operations, Integration, Vice President of Operation Services, Senior Director Peopleworks (HR), and Director, PeopleWorks (HR). Aaron also served as the PeopleWorks Partner (HR) Domestic Franchise and Learning Manager.

Aaron White graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Psychology. Aaron then went on to earn a business degree from the same school.
