Jamie Holcomb is an experienced Project Manager and Training Design and Development Lead at USA 800 since August 2012, where responsibilities include creating and developing training materials for a call center. Prior to this role, Jamie worked as a Clerk at Price Chopper Supermarkets from September 2008 to September 2012, focusing on excellent customer service and efficient food preparation. Jamie also owned Barefootin' It from October 2006 to September 2008, managing customer relations, horse shodding, and financial records. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications and a Minor in Creative Writing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as a certificate in Equine Podiatrist from Kentucky Horseshoeing School.
