Sawan Dubey has extensive experience in leadership and operations, currently serving as the Business Head for Transitions and Operations in Finance and Accounts at Hinduja Global Solutions since October 2012. Previously, Sawan held the position of Senior Manager at 3i-infotech, where responsibilities included managing an international retail remittance process valued at INR 200 billion per month, overseeing hiring and training, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating transition planning through comprehensive onsite due diligence. Prior roles include Team Manager at Tech Mahindra, focusing on training, performance metrics, and customer experience, and Team Leader at Bharti Teletech Limited, where team performance was monitored and supported. Sawan holds a Master's in Physical Education from LNIPE and an MP Ed in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the same institution.
