Rosa Laura Saggese Elbooz has a strong background in coaching and athletic training. Rosa Laura started their career in 2009 as an Athletic Trainer with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA. In 2010, they became a RUN Coach with the Road Runners Club of America. Rosa Laura then went on to work with the USA Triathlon as a USAT Coach starting in 2012. Their most recent role is with IRONMAN, where they have been an Ironman Coach since 2015.
