Enea Petrini is a seasoned legal professional and board member with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since August 2023, Enea serves as a member of the board of directors at Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino. Enea has been the chairman of the board at AIL Servizi SA since June 2022 and the vice chairman at SNL Società Navigazione del Lago di Lugano SA since September 2015. As the owner of Studio legale e notarile avv. Enea Petrini since September 2014, Enea practices law and notarial services. Additionally, Enea holds board member positions at Autolinee Regionali Luganesi and ARL Servizi SA, both since June and May 2012, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as director at BSI SA from 2001 to 2014 and as lawyer and notary at Velo & Associati from 1992 to 2001. Enea obtained a Lic. Iur. degree in law from Friborgo, Switzerland, from 1987 to 1991.
