Prior to this role, Lindsay has held various positions in talent acquisition at URBN's subsidiaries including Free People and Urban Outfitters. Lindsay's experience spans across creative, buying & merchandising, marketing, college recruiting, and wholesale recruitment. Lindsay graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
