Shreya D N has been working in the field of customer success since 2018. Shreya began their career at Razorpay as an Operations & Support, Senior Analyst, then moved to an Operations & Support, Analyst role. Shreya also worked as an Enterprise Grievance & Social Media Support, Merchant Support Jr. Analyst, and Customer Support Jr. Analyst. In 2021, they began working as a UX Designer for Google Career Certificates. Currently, they are a Customer Success Specialist at UrbanPiper.
Shreya D N completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Alliance University in 2019. Shreya then went on to obtain two additional certifications: a Google UX Design Professional Certificate from Coursera in February 2022, and a UI/UX Design certificate from Internshala in February 2022.
