Léa Delplace began their work experience in 2014 as a Communications Project Manager at UNICEF. In this role, they were responsible for communicating regional projects, raising awareness among local students about UNICEF's missions, and creating partnerships with associations and companies for fundraising events. After their time at UNICEF, they worked as a Business Developer at Uclic.co from May 2020 to November 2020. Currently, since October 2021, Léa is working as a Business Developer & Digital Recruiter at Urban Linker, where they focus on specialized headhunting, consulting activities, organizing meet-ups, and establishing partnerships with incubators and accelerators in the digital and start-up ecosystem.
Léa Delplace's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Lycée Jean Mermoz and obtained their Baccalauréat degree in Économie de gestion in 2014. After completing their secondary education, they pursued higher studies at Bournemouth University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a license degree in Commerce international. In 2019, Léa enrolled at the University of Toronto and completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business by 2020. Their educational journey continued in 2021 when they joined Diginamic and focused on studying Programmation informatique, applications spécifiques, specifically in the field of Développeur Web et Web mobile. This education program is slated to conclude in 2022.
