Scott Winfree is a seasoned housing counseling professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a HUD Housing Counselor at The Urban League of Philadelphia since October 2022. With a strong background as a Senior Counselor at American Angel Housing Counseling from March 2016 and a Program Manager at Grace Neighborhood Development Corporation since March 2015, Scott has focused on areas including loss mitigation, budget and credit counseling, renovation, acquisition, and property sales. Previous roles include Housing Counselor positions at Greater Philadelphia Asian Social Services and Diversified Community Services, as well as a long tenure as a Housing Counselor and Activist at the Unemployment Information Center. Scott holds degrees in Music and Communications from St. Augustine's College and received a diploma in music and academics from Overbrook High School.
