Katie Hayes is the Co-Owner and Head of Marketing & Partnerships at Urban Lagree, a boutique fitness studio specializing in high-intensity, low-impact Lagree classes since September 2018. Previously, Katie served as Senior Manager of Global E-Commerce Marketing at Unity from October 2021 to August 2023, where leadership of a marketing team focused on direct-to-consumer strategies for the E-Commerce business was essential. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Global E-Commerce Marketing and Global Marketing Optimization Manager at Autodesk, Associate Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist at SolarCity, and Marketing Coordinator and Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Intern at Shutterfly, Inc. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Gonzaga University.
