Natalia Renska is an experienced organizational consultant and coach, currently serving as the Owner of Think Tank "Culture & Processes" since February 2020, where expertise includes navigating complex challenges related to scaling, acquisitions, and operational frameworks. As the Director of Delivery at SQUAD from April 2021 to February 2025, Natalia leads cross-functional teams in product development and innovation. Previous roles include Digital Transformation Manager at Luxoft, Program Delivery Manager for Halliburton, and Delivery Program Manager at Deutsche Bank. Natalia possesses an Executive MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and has a background in computer systems from the National Technical University of Ukraine.
