Varsha S has a solid background in civil engineering and construction management, gaining valuable experience as a Site Engineer at Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society Ltd (ULCCS Ltd) since September 2020. Previously, Varsha S served as a Site Engineer Trainee at ULCCS Ltd and worked as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC) from February to August 2020, under the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board. An internship at the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board and multiple internship positions at ULCCS Ltd provided foundational experience in the field. Varsha S holds a P G Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from the Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Sri Vellappally Natesan College of Engineering. Early education was completed at Government Girls Higher Secondary School and St. Mary's Higher Secondary School in Alappuzha, Kerala.
