Tefera Regassa, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in the design and analysis of retaining wall systems and structural elements. Currently serving as the Mid Atlantic Division Engineer at The Reinforced Earth Company, Tefera oversees the review of contract documents, supervises engineers, and manages project execution across multiple states. Previous roles include designing road alignments and drainage structures, with experience from various companies, including Salini Costuttori SPA and Dragados J&P. Tefera holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil & Infrastructure from the same institution, complemented by an advanced diploma in Urban Engineering from the College of Urban Planning in Ethiopia.
