Valentin Lavrentyev has extensive experience in sales, particularly in the export market. Since 2007, Valentin has served as the head of export sales at UralChem, contributing to the company's growth in international markets. Prior to this role, Valentin worked at Severstal from 2003 to 2007 in coal and iron ore sales. Educationally, Valentin holds a degree from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS," earned between 1991 and 1996, and furthered studies at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy from 1996 to 1999.
