Matt Stockum has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Matt started their career in 2002 as an Operations Manager at CN Friends, LLC, where they developed new sales avenues and implemented business practices for a $1 million business. Matt also played a crucial role in developing and implementing an emergency drought management plan. In 2008, Matt joined Solutia Inc. as the SE Territory Manager, where they rapidly learned the territory, products, and customers, delivering impressive results despite a challenging economic climate. Since 2009, they have been with Eastman Chemical Company, holding various leadership positions including Principal Account Manager, Global Business Unit Manager, Global Business Director, and currently serving as the Global Sales Director. In these roles, they have demonstrated strong commercial responsibility, value-based selling approach, and effective contract negotiations to develop new business and maintain key relationships. Matt's experience and expertise have contributed to exceeding budgeted results and maximizing EBITDA.

Matt Stockum received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2002. Matt then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, completing their studies in 2004.
