Lilly Alexander is an experienced professional in community impact and arts management, currently serving as the Community Impact Manager at Upwards since January 2023, where Lilly has led the expansion of childcare scholarship programs and established key partnerships in Utah and California. Prior to this role, Lilly excelled as a Business Development Specialist at Upwards and as a Program Analyst at the California Department of Social Services, earning the Service Excellence - COVID Response Recognition Award in 2021.
