Austin Olachea serves as the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager at Upwards since June 2022, driving significant organizational growth with a 60% expansion and the addition of 40 employees during the transition from Series A to Series B. Previously, Austin held the role of Human Resources Manager at Quantum-Si, where technical hiring strategies were developed that decreased time-to-fill by 30% and improved successful hire rates by 20%. Austin also introduced a comprehensive Performance Review framework at Quantum-Si. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Allied Stone, Inc.
