Constanza Vilardel is a seasoned professional with significant experience in Human Resources and Finance across Latin America. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager for Entravision Latam since January 2013, Constanza leads HR initiatives to enhance business processes in 18 countries, focusing on worker selection and contract formalization. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager, where a tailored HR plan was developed to support a new business unit, and Regional Administration & Finance Manager for Cisneros Interactive, overseeing financial operations across Latin America. Prior experience includes positions as Administrative and Accounting Manager at Columbia Project Arg. S.A. and Sr. Accounting Analyst and Treasurer at the Association of Medical Anesthesiologists. Constanza holds multiple degrees, including a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires and is pursuing a Master's in Human Resources at TECH Global University.
