Noel Norah Riggs is a seasoned graphic design professional with extensive experience in creative leadership roles, including Creative Director, Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Graphic Designer at Uptown Studios, Inc. since October 2018. As an Independent Entrepreneur at Noel Norah Designs, established in December 2010, Noel specializes in visual communications with a focus on brand development, graphic design, advertising, copywriting, and marketing. Previous positions include Graphic Designer/Brand Specialist at 3fold Communications, Graphic Design Coordinator for the Sacramento River Cats, and Graphic Designer at MeringCarson, where work involved high-profile projects for major clients.
