Patsita Oaks possesses extensive experience in technology and operations management, having served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Product Officer at Retailature from April 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Patsita held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Central Group, contributing to the Chat&Shop solution for various business units, and previously worked on the TopsBox project as a Business Analyst. Experience as a Senior Software Engineer at eatigo and Playbasis highlights strong software development skills, while earlier roles at Voice TV and Smart Click Solution Co., Ltd. focused on application development and system improvement. Patsita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Science and Information Technology from Mahanakorn University of Technology.
