Laurie Colasanti is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Laurie leads the HR function at Upstream Rehabilitation, the largest pure play physical therapy outpatient provider in the US, overseeing 8,000 associates. Previous roles include serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at onehome, where responsibilities extended to HR functions, communications, branding, and digital marketing for a rapidly growing home care services company. Laurie's career also includes positions as EVP of Human Resources at SIXT, Vice President of Human Resources at DHL Express Americas, and Global HR Director at LyondellBasell. Additional experience includes HR leadership roles at GKN Powder Metallurgy, Federal Mogul, Magna International, and Detroit Medical Center. Laurie holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from Oakland University.
