Zeqir Vica currently serves as the Director of the Construction Department and Partner at Uprise Solar, having joined the company in July 2023, where experienced solar industry professionals collaborated to provide improved services in the DMV area. Prior to this role, Zeqir held various positions at Ipsun Solar, including Construction Manager and Crew Lead/Trainer, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and overseeing installation crews, as well as managing project workflows. Zeqir's experience also includes roles as a Crew Lead at Tesla, where oversight of installation crew operations and customer communications were key duties, and as a Senior Installer at SolarCity, focusing on solar photovoltaic system installations. Zeqir holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of Tetovo.
