Michael Elliott has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael is currently working at UpKeep as the Manager of Sales Development, where they provide operational leadership and develops strategies to increase productivity. Additionally, Michael has experience in navigation and assembly roles, having worked as a Shipboard Navigator at Schlumberger and as an Electronic Assembler at Solar Turbines. Michael also served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician, troubleshooting ECM units and training new recruits.

Michael Elliott completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Marketing and Globalization Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in the years 2006 to 2010. Michael further pursued their education and obtained a Master's Degree in Masters of Business for Veterans from USC Marshall School of Business during the years 2015 to 2016.
