Shawn Foster is a seasoned Learning Consultant currently with Upbound Group, specializing in creating learning paths, managing InkDocs, and developing high-quality presentations and e-learning content. With a background as a Senior Trainer and Instructional Designer at TSP and Research Now, Shawn has extensive experience in developing training programs and original content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite. Previous roles include managing a data services team at e-Rewards and working in project management and risk management. Shawn holds a BA in Communications Technology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
