John W. Clark has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at Up to Par Management, LLC since September 2019. Previously, John held the position of Executive Chef at Meadow Springs Country Club and Bonaventure Senior Living. Additional roles include Executive Chef at Woodland Park Zoo and Mill Creek Country Club, and positions at Rainier Golf & Country Club, Indian Summer Golf & Country Club, and Cielo Bleu, among others. Throughout the career, a focus on creating and maintaining high-quality food products and enhancing dining experiences has been evident. John’s educational background includes basic studies at Perris High School.
