Marc Coenen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Management Trainee at ING Units, gaining experience in Operations & IT. In 2005, they moved to Afghanistan as a Business Manager for ING assignment for Afghanistan International Bank. In 2006, they joined Nationale-Nederlanden as a Manager of Management Accounting. From 2008 to 2012, they held various roles at ING Variable Annuities Europe, including Head of Project Management Office and Finance, and Senior Project and Change Manager. In 2012, they became a Project Manager Strategy at ING Insurance Belgium. Marc then joined Allianz Belgium in 2013 as a Manager of Market Intelligence and Digitalization. From 2015 to 2022, they served as the CEO and Co-founder of Pluform B.V., an online platform for personal development. Currently, they are the Managing Partner and Co-founder of UNLOQ.
Marc Coenen completed a Leadership Program at IMD in 2011. Marc also earned a Minor degree in Finance from the University of Amsterdam in 2005. Marc has a Msc degree in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they obtained between 1996 and 2002.
