Lynne Mortellaro

Administrative Assistant at Charles Stewart Mott Foundation

Although she never planned on a career in property management, Lynne Mortellaro has worked in the field most of her professional life. She graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo with a bachelorā€™s degree in business administration and was employed by a property management company for 27 years as an office manager/accountant before joining the Mott Foundation in 2014.

The best thing about her position as a building administrative/accounting assistant, she says, is that she has the chance to get away from her desk and check on housekeeping, manage the buildingā€™s conference center, and interact with tenants and security staff.
