Ashley Watkins is an Admission Coordinator at University Support Services, an affiliate of St. George's University, since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley held multiple positions at Connections Education, serving as a Quality and Training Analyst and Professional Services Representative from September 2015 to December 2022. Additionally, Ashley worked at Pearson Online & Blended Learning in a similar role as Quality and Training Analyst during the same period. Earlier experience includes serving as an Experience Supervisor at OrderUp and as a Customer Service Representative at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Ashley's career began as a temp agent at Connections Education, progressing to Customer Support Supervisor. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT Management at American Public University, Ashley is also enrolled at Empire State University.
