Chasity Choran is an experienced educator and instructional coach currently serving as a Middle Grades Literacy Teacher at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools since July 2016, while also holding the position of English Student Support Teacher. Previous roles include Public Speaking Instructor and Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Georgia, contributing to research on service learning and students' attitudes toward disabilities. Chasity has also worked as a Diversity Programming Assistant and Fundraising Assistant at the University of Georgia, focusing on minority recruitment and grant sourcing. Additional experience includes program planning with Camp Twin Lakes and teaching English and other subjects at Yang Ling Zi School in China. Chasity Choran holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Georgia State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Communication Studies from the University of Georgia, alongside a Disability Studies Certificate.
