Anita has a wide range of clinical, management and academic experience that spans across India, Singapore and England for over two decades.

Having graduated as an RNRM in India in 1996, Anita has worked in the Surgical Ward, Intensive Care Unit, Cardiothoracic Ward, Cardiothoracic Theatre, Pain Nurse, Anaesthetic Nursing and Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit Nurse.

Following her passion for teaching and developing the future nursing workforce, she joined the Practice Development team at Heatherwood and Wexham Theatres as a Clinical Educator for two years before joining UWL.

Anita has great interest in using simulation and immersive technologies for students in the field of healthcare.
