Derek D Owens serves as an Identity Architect and Team Lead in Identity & Access Management at the University of Notre Dame since September 2000, demonstrating extensive expertise in managing identity systems. Prior to this role, Derek worked as a Systems Engineer for the City of Bloomington, IN, focusing on the testing, evaluation, development, and implementation of systems from October 1998 to September 2000.
