Jeff Blancato is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in technology operations and business analysis, primarily at the University of Washington. Currently serving as the Business Operations Technology Lead since May 2017, Jeff emphasizes a systems thinking approach to organizational change and optimization. Previously, Jeff was a Business Analyst at UW-IT, where analytical and interpersonal skills facilitated significant process improvements.
