Kisha Headley, MSc, PHR, is an accomplished instructional designer and educator with extensive experience in training and development. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer & Developer at Great HealthWorks since June 2022, Kisha has been a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University College of the Caribbean since September 2012, teaching various undergraduate courses. Previous roles include Training and Development Specialist and E-learning Developer at the Minnesota Department of Human Services from April 2019 to August 2022, as well as Training & Organization Development at The National Housing Trust, Jamaica from April 2007 to June 2017. Kisha also held positions as a Training Administrator and Evaluator at Tax Administration, Jamaica from 2001 to 2007. Kisha earned a Master of Science in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester, England, and is certified in the balanced scorecard performance management methodology by Kaplan and David P. Norton.
