Bradley Yops is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology transfer. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at the University of Delaware since May 2006, Bradley has held various roles including Assistant General Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer. Additionally, Bradley is Senior Counsel at the National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals (NIIMBL) since October 2020. Bradley received a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kansas School of Law, a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University.
