Alayna Hernandez is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Cornell University ILR School since August 2023. Prior experiences include a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, where responsibilities included research conduction and data collection related to human subject behavior. Alayna has also contributed as a Mental Health Educator, delivering trainings and promoting personal development skills. Additional roles at the University of Delaware encompassed support in the Business Administration department and technology assistance for students. Previous work experience includes an internship at Enterprise, and positions at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and Playa Bowls, highlighting strong customer service and leadership skills. Alayna holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and both a Master’s degree and a PhD in Organizational Behavior Studies from Cornell University ILR School.
