Zaeed Mohammed currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Cumbria, focusing on transformative leadership to foster a sustainable Cumbrian economy since August 2021. Prior to this, Zaeed was the Head of Department at Kendal College from September 2017 to July 2021, where operational management encompassed Business, AAT, HE, and Hair and Beauty programs, along with budget management to ensure financial viability. Zaeed also held the position of Assistant Head of School at Kendal College from August 2011 to July 2017, combining substantial teaching responsibilities with curriculum planning and mentoring for performance improvement in teaching and learning.
