Coleen Popp is an experienced professional in event management and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Events at the University of Delaware since September 2019. Prior to this role, Coleen held the position of Director of Convention & Strategic Initiatives at the National Down Syndrome Congress from January 2008 until July 2019. Coleen's career began at the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, where responsibilities included Program Director from May 1996 to January 2008. Coleen Popp holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Leisure Studies from Temple University.
