Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nutrition, entrepreneurship, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this venture, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a nutritionist at a private clinic, and teaching applied mathematics and history of food at a vocational school.
