Alina Maria Alvarez is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company since February 2020. Previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at the same company and gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at Bronstein & Carmona, P.A. from April 2017 to February 2020. Earlier roles include Paralegal at The Rock Law Group, P.A., and Certified Legal Intern at the Alachua State Attorney's Office, where Alina assisted in a domestic battery trial and engaged in legal research and document review. Alina also interned with the Broward Public Defender's Office, focusing on client interviews and drafting legal motions. Alina's career began at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Program Support Assistant.
